When I became a mother — truly on my own, far from home and familiarity — life cracked open in ways I never could have prepared for. The exhaustion was real. The loneliness, sharp. And yet… there was this presence, this constant invitation to slow down and see.
My daughter, Mila, became my mirror. My muse. My greatest teacher.
I started calling her my little guru — not as a business idea, but as a sacred truth.
Because that’s what she was.
In her gaze, I saw not just innocence, but wisdom.
Not just new life, but ancient light.

Remembering Childhood
Through her, I remembered something I had long forgotten — the wonder of being a child. The wild, open magic of the early years, before the world starts shaping us into versions of ourselves that don’t quite fit.
I thought about my own childhood, and the pieces I had to reclaim. I thought about how fleeting this time is — for both the child and the parent.
And I knew, with clarity:
